Malachi was a Male Centauri who served the Centauri Republic during the reign of Emperor Turhan as the Prime Minister.

Malachi was left behind on Centauri Prime when the Emperor visited Babylon 5 in 2259. He was assassinated by Lord Refa's allies shortly before the Emperor's death. (S2E09, The Coming of Shadows)
