Following the fall of the Narn Homeworld, G'Lorn questioned G'Kar's ability to lead their people in a revolt since he could not get a message from homeworld saying whether their families were alive or dead. G'Kar, with the help of the Rangers, got a message delivered to the station. G'Lorn and a female family member looked on in relief as G'Lorn's wife and daughter were shown alive and well.

Several months later, G'Lorn volunteered to be one of the groups infiltrated past the Centauri blockade of their planet, so he could take part in the revolt. Unfortunately, he was captured shortly thereafter and held in the dungeon of the building that used to house the Kha'Ri, now the headquarters of the Centauri occupation force.

When Londo Mollari's plan to kill Emperor Cartagia succeeded and the Centauri left the planet, G'Lorn was one of the Narn who stormed the replica of the imperial throne room and smashed it to pieces. He was also part of the group who planned on proclaiming G'Kar as the undisputed leader of all free Narn. However, G'Kar did not desire such a position, and left the Narn homeworld shortly thereafter.

G'Lorn remained on Narn to aid in the rebuilding of his shattered homeworld.
