Dukhat

Dukhat (played by Reiner Schone) was perhaps the greatest Minbari leader since Valen. He was the last Minbari to serve as the Voice of the Grey Council. He trained Delenn to be his replacement. This was an odd selection, particularly for someone of his stature, but also because he was Warrior Caste while Delenn was Religious Caste.

Dukhat was killed when the Grey Council's ship encountered a Human deep space patrol. His death directly precipitated the Earth-Minbari War.
